Tour Reviews
Outstanding UBUD … ??
We did a private tour of Ubud and all I can say is OUTSTANDING!
Our driver and guide is Komang and he is very knowledgeable, giving us more information than we expected. The places we visited (temples, civet coffee plantations, swings, holy ape places and more) were well known to him, and also accommodated one or two additional stops! He is also a fun friend and easy to talk to.
All in all, a beautiful location along with a friendly and experienced guide made for an extraordinary day.
Special thanks to Komang .. !!
Greetings
Sergio and Colinda
Netherlands.
A fun full-day Ubud tour!
Amazing private Ubud tour with an excellent Driver. The driver picked us up around 9 am, he had a good itinerary that included a monkey forest, market & palace, rice fields with a lovely lunch spot (d-Alas, took a master card), temple (we chose Goa Gajah / elephant cave) , coffee plantations, waterfalls and art villages. It was also possible to easily stay longer / shorter or switch where to go, which was greatly appreciated. The driver guide, is very good and accommodating, good English and good knowledge about the area and temples and can show and tell a lot about various places and traditions. In a market where you have to bid, you most often lower it to half or lower. Don’t forget cash!
Many places we visit require a few steps to get a full view (lots of ups and downs in rice fields and waterfalls). You can get a view without having to walk too, but it’s not as good as it is recommended to have good walking shoes and for those who get a warm hat or head covering because it will be quite warm. At the temple we visited they have sarong to borrow if you have shorts or skirts (because they are not allowed with bare feet).
+ very good and helpful guide
+ comfortable car, with air conditioning and free water
+ Easy ordering and smooth pickup
I have been to Ubud twice (ten years ago) and I highly recommend taking a private tour. This makes getting to many places easy and convenient but still no need to rush (we have never felt rushed even though to many places during the day). Also to get a guide between and in places give a better experience.
Bali with Gede Dani / Ubud, monkey forest, waterfalls, markets
My experience was amazing, Gede was a great guide, he was on time, took us to Ubud Village, he explained to us many things about Bali, history, culture, traditions etc.
And take the best photos and videos ever.
Definitely next time I will return. I will book more trips with him and their company
Very pleasant tour. Our tour guides are very fun, fun, and flexible. He will tailor the tour to our needs. For example, instead of going to the monkey forest, he made up for it by taking us to additional temples and to some local places for souvenirs as we requested. We enjoy visiting and traveling because he will also tell us how Balinese culture and mindset work.
Love Baliventur
Really worth it
The tour can be adjusted, have fun on this tour. Our guide Gede is very helpful and informative. Rice terrace, monkey forest waterfall, lunch in the fields is what we enjoy the most.
Beautiful Tiles and naughty monkeys with our fantastic driver guide Gede
First time visiting Bali and an amazing experience. Loved the island, the people and the food! Being the first timers in Bali and with a toddler, we didn’t dare go out too much so we booked this tour to see interesting things in Ubud. Gede picked us up at Nusa Dua and drove us to Ubud explaining the scenery, history and culture of Bali. He was very knowledgeable and even treated us with a little karaoke car! Monkey Forest is very cool and the monkey behaves better than we expected! We saw rice fields from the road in the car because of heavy rain, so we could not appreciate them but we could not control the weather. Gede took us to a very good restaurant for lunch and the food was very good.
Luwak coffee plantation visit was a little disappointing, we were not impressed with coffee. The history and method are very interesting but the coffee doesn’t taste good. It almost feels like weak, weak coffee from the US. We are originally from Puerto Rico and live in Italy, so we are used to delicious coffee. However, it was a good experience and we had to try a variety of honest Balinese teas and coffees, preferably Luwak!
On the way back, Trisna was good enough not to stop at the duty free mall in Kuta to shop fast.
In short, the tour was extraordinary, wishing we had spent more time in Ubud. Trisna was very polite, funny and very accommodating considering we had a 3-year-old child who was a bit jet-lagged. I will definitely book another tour with him next time we are in Bali.
Ubud Day Trip
We had a great time today on our tour with Wayan. He went up and out to answer our questions and gave us lots of cultural information. Learned a lot in a short amount of time, many amazing sights in Ubud, even beyond what was explained in the tour. Would absolutely recommend, exceptional service! Suksema!
We did a private tour to Ubud and it was really great! The tour can be adjusted so it’s really great! We decided not to visit the monkey forest, instead we visited more temples and did the swing of Bali! Our driver is really great! He helped us get tickets and suggested other things to see in Ubud like we had done before. I highly recommend using “Bali Ventur”. The cars are comfortable, clean & cool. Our driver (Komang Andi) is on time and friendly. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience for us in Bali ..
Amazing experience
Nari (guide and driver) is very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a great 1 day tour by visiting several places around Ubud. Highly recommended.
Thanks
Amazing experience!
Nyoman is a good tour driver! He goes above and beyond.
Our first Bali trip was very memorable because of this trip. Highly recommended!
