Our Bali transport experience was very satisfying from start to finish. Driver Komang Putra was friendly, patient, and knew many good spots. He gave suggestions without forcing us. The custom tour felt relaxed and flexible, and the communication with BaliVentur was clear and responsive.
The car was excellent. We did not expect we got mini van instead of the 5-6 seaters. Driver Ketut was also very friendly and helpfyl
When booking this tour, we had a message straight away with advice of what route we might like to take. The responses where quick and nothing was too much hassle.

I recently utilized Putu as a mode of travel to transition from Seminyak to Ubud and found the experience to be both affordable and enjoyable. Along the way, I had the pleasure of encountering an employee who was tending to the monkeys at a Ubud monkey forest. I took advantage of this opportunity and took some selfies with the friendly creatures. Ultimately, I was extremely satisfied with Putu’s riding performance. Altogether, a wonderful journey to Ubud.
The driver was perfect and tailored our day accordingly. Water Palace was a highlight. Alan was awesome.

Day 2 of my Bali experience was wonderful. Appreciated the opportunity for a little later than normal pickup time and recommendations for things to do. Was able to do some shopping before lunch reservation at Merlin’s. Driver was accommodating to help find needed item before getting back to hotel. Felt safe and taken care of.
We had the driver pick us up at the airport. He was there waiting for us and helped with our bags. Very attentive, excellent driver. He took us to 2 temples before we ended our day. Traffic was heavy. He told us that height of tourist season is much worse. Definitely recommend getting a driver.
