We used Baliventur for a private tour and were not satisfied. The driver was late, did not notify us, and seemed uninterested in providing good service. He rushed us at several stops and spoke very little English, making the experience stressful rather than enjoyable.
We had a great day in Bali thanks to Agung, our driver. We had booked a comfortable car for 10 hours, and everything went perfectly. We have issued our choices of tours, with many interesting visits.
From the start, Agung was very accommodating: because of a problem with our phone, he agreed to pick us up at another meeting point without problems, punctuality and kindness.
Throughout the day, he gave us valuable advice, including visiting the monkey forest of Sangeh rather than Ubud. Very good choice: the place was quiet, less touristic, and we were able to feed the monkeys in a much more relaxed atmosphere – a real crush for the children!
Agung was really attentive, patient with the children, and always smiling. We recommend it with your eyes closed to anyone who wants to explore Bali with confidence.

I am so happy that we found this tour provider. We booked our first private tour, Best of Ubud and we had Pande as our driver. He was so good, we had two further tours with him and they were just as good. Pande chatted to us with ease about his life and culture in Bali, he bought us traditional Balinese cakes and treats to try. He knew exactly what to do whenever we arrived at any particular location, regarding queueing, entrance – literally provided any help that we needed. We had WIFI available in the vehicle, which was clean and comfortable. He spoke great English and taught us some Balinese phrases too. Pande had great energy and a good sense of humour, he drove very well and we felt safe with him. He really ensured we had a very good time and saw everything on our bucket list! Amazing!!
