Our experience using Baliventur was disappointing overall. The driver was late without notice and had very limited English skills. He barely spoke during the trip and rushed us through the itinerary. The service felt careless and poorly coordinated.
Our guide Astama was super easy going and helped us enjoy the day as much as we can, he gave us great suggestions and helped us when we didn’t understand.
Would highly recommend anyone new or experienced in Bali to get a day trip with him!

We had an amazing day from start to finish we arranged to get picked up at 5am and we didn’t get home till 5pm.
We did so many things from the Gates of Heaven, water temple, waterfalls, coffee tasting and so much more.
Our tour guide Ketut was an absolute gentleman and was full of so much information.
He went above and beyond for us in every way and even showed us a lovely restaurant to eat at which was delicious.

The custom tour with Baliventur did not meet our expectations. The driver arrived late and did not communicate properly. Throughout the tour, he remained silent and seemed in a hurry to move on. We felt pressured and did not have enough time to enjoy each destination.
