The Bali transport service was dependable and efficient. Driver Ketut arrived on time and knew the routes well. He made good suggestions without being pushy. The custom tour felt relaxed and suitable for our travel style.
We did a last minute booking and they replied very fast. Within 5 minutes, we were able to book East Bali trip. Kadek was very nice and very helpful with making things happen. He also gave a little background of where we were going.
My husband and I had the best day today with Kadek – we started off at 4:30am on the 10 hour tour to go up to Lempuyang temple, before working our way back down through numerous locations in East Bali and Ubud. Kadek made sure we saw all the places we wanted to, while also suggesting a few more places to go through our tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt comfortable and thought of throughout, and it really felt like travelling with a friend. Now we’re trying to find something else to do so we can see Kadek again before we leave!! Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to get out and see places as we saw far more than we would have on our own, but also the knowledge Kadek could share on each place was invaluable. He could share history of places, inform us on certain cultural aspects and was just overall lovely to chat with. He also happily stopped off any time I was trying to take a photo of something pretty through the car window to make sure I could capture it without me asking. Thank you, Kadek!

Kadek was amazing! He was friendly, on time, professional, a great driver, a great conversationalist with very good English. He took really good photos for us and suggested an amazing route for us through central Bali. Suggested a great restaurant as well! 10/10. He even helped us find some green papaya at a local market on the way back! He went above and beyond and it was a wonderful, memorable and smooth experience.
Bagus was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He genuinely provided the best experience at each of the locations we visited. He offered to take photos at each venue and did a great job explaining the culture and answering our questions. He ride was spacious, air conditioned and clean. The food was amazing. This was a day to remember always.

This private tour was amazing and one of the many highlights of my trip to Indonesia. My guide was waiting at the ship at 4 a.m. to drive me and my friend to see the Gate of Heaven and later the water palace. Gede Putra was an incredible guide! He went above and beyond my expectations. For example, my friend has some mobility issues. Gede was extra-sensitive to these, lending a gentle helping hand and arm for support throughout the day. Without his help, she would not have been able to make the climb up to the Temple. When it started raining, Gede found a spot for us in one of the covered pavilions and brought us tea and food. He encouraged me to have my photo taken in Heaven’s Gate and not only showed me poses to get the best photos, but helped me practice them. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant on a covered patio that overlooked an infinity pool and out to the forests and Sleeping Gajah (mountain that looks like it is a sleeping elephant). The food was delicious. Gede then got us back to the ship in plenty of time. If you have a chance, I highly recommend this tour!!
