We had a wonderful time with our driver Pong. We were welcomed by his big smile since arrival. He was always punctual and attentive. Mr. Pong was very familiar with Bali culture and could explain everything clearly. Also, he drove safely and his car was so comfortable. Thank you Mr. Pong, we had a enjoyable family time in Bali.
We chose BaliVentur for a full day custom tour and had no regrets. The driver was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained local culture and helped us avoid crowds. The vehicle was well maintained and comfortable, perfect for exploring Bali all day.

The worst experience I ever had. I paid for private tour 73 everything included BUT lunch. I had to paid even for bottle of water . The driver didn’t have money for anything but his water and cigarettes. When we got to the temple he told me I have to pay for the tickets so I told him it was included, his answer was I don’t have money I ended up paying for it too. I canceled the tour and asked the driver to take me back to the hotel

We had a fantastic tour. Our driver was Ketut … he was wonderful !! Thanks to him we had a truly memorable day . He took us to all the places listed,and more, but Ketut was not just a driver, he was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with.
He arrived on time to collect us at our hotel, and we felt totally comfortable from the start with his driving, on what can only be described as chaotic roads. Highly recommend.

The itinerary takes you to the major attractions in East Bali. Coordination of the tour logistics went very smoothly, including pick up. We started at 5am. Kadek, the tour guide, was an attentive driver, guide, and photographer when needed. Despite the rain, he was able to get us some pictures quickly without having to wait long. Kadek also shared insights into Balinese culture, which was a big plus. We were able to adapt the itinerary a bit due to the weather, so we could still see and enjoy and day. I recommend the tour for those wanting to see East Bali sights.

Although I wasn’t feeling well that day, Kadek was incredibly kind and gentle. He looked after us with great care and even took beautiful photos for us — he’s really talented with a camera!
