Our experience using Baliventur was disappointing. The driver was late and did not inform us in advance, causing us to miss part of our plan. He did not explain anything during the trip and barely spoke at all. When we stopped at attractions, he seemed eager to leave quickly, which reduced our enjoyment of the tour.
