We booked Baliventur for Bali transport and felt dissatisfied. The driver was late, did not communicate the delay, and seemed impatient throughout the day. His English was limited, and he did not interact much, making the experience uncomfortable.
Awesome locations and excellent service and tour guide. Food was delicious. The tour guide was very kind and generous.
This tour was our favourite so far! The activities offered were amazing and we had a very helpful driver – we highly recommend it if you’re in Bali!

Our guide was Gusti and he was fantastic. Gusti was extremely knowledgeable, completed all aspects of the tour as described, answered all of our questions and more and when we asked if he could take us to an ATM, accommodated our request without a problem. We really enjoyed the itinerary and Gusti answered all of our questions about Bali and Ubud and Indonesia (which were numerous!) He was also our “official” photographer. He was on time (actually early) to collect us and communicated where and when he would pick us up. Got us back to the port in a timely manner. His vehicle was comfortable and he was a good and patient driver in hideous traffic! We would not hesitate to recommend Gusti!
