The Bali transport service met our expectations. Driver Made was professional and easy to communicate with. He respected our preferences and schedule. The custom tour allowed us to explore freely.
Our custom tour with Baliventur was below standard. The driver arrived late and did not give any updates. He was very quiet and appeared rushed, which made us feel unwelcome. Communication issues made the situation worse.
Just finished a whole day trip with my friendly driver, Balon today. We went to a few places and he’s definitely a skillful driver! His English proficiency is good and always gives good idea for where to explore.
Our family was happy with the Bali transport service. Driver Wayan was patient and helpful with our plans. He drove safely and made sure everyone was comfortable. The custom tour worked smoothly.
Bali is a large island. We planned 8 nights at the Ayodya Palace in Nusa Dua, which is a wonderful beachfront luxury resort on the southeast side of the island.
We researched several places that we wanted to experience while in Bali, and knew that there would be lengthy travel time involved. So we chose this 10 hour tour with a private driver to maximize our experience.
He met us (3 adults) at 4:30am at our hotel in a comfortable van, provided water, WiFi hotspot, and we started our journey before the crowds. This was a great option, as it minimized the wait times and traffic congestion.
We were able to see several places on our list, stop at a restaurant or of our choice, and we returned to our hotel mid-afternoon allowing us time to relax before the evening plans.
Our driver Dewa, was courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Just remember that it is impossible to visit more than 4-5 sights in a day because of travel time on this island.
Our guide was Eka and he was AMAZING! His English was incredible and his knowledge of everywhere we went was so appreciated. He was patient in answering our million questions on the temples, the different areas, the road rules and everything else. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali…and even luckier if you get Eka as your guide! 10/10!!!

We booked Baliventur for Bali transport and felt the experience was okay. The driver arrived late, did not inform us, and remained very quiet throughout the journey.
We were traveling by cruise ship and selected this excursion based on reviews and value. This day trip met our expectations with high praise. Our driver and guide, Dewa, was a knowledgeable and gentle man who well represented the many people of Bali that we met during our day of long immersion into the culture and sights of Benoa, Bali. Dewa as very attentive to our needs and interests and did not hesitate to include special stops in addition to the stated itinerary. The coffee plantation was an extra that was a highlight, That you so much for that.
I have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone who wants a one day primer into the fascinating island of Bali.
