We booked a custom tour with Baliventur and felt the service did not meet expectations. The driver looked like he was in a hurry all day and did not give us enough time at each location. His English was poor, making communication frustrating. The silence during the drive made the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming.

What great value for money and an excellent day out this is. Such a luxury to have the lovely Suparta drive us for the day. We had an idea of some of the places we wanted to visit and Suparta fitted them all in plus recommended the coffee plantation too. Definitely an added bonus. Booking transport with Baliventur turned out to be a bad decision. The driver came late and did not apologize or explain the delay. Throughout the day, he rushed us through each destination and communication was almost impossible due to limited English. The silence during the drive made the atmosphere awkward.
The transport service from Baliventur met our basic needs, but there were a few drawbacks. The driver was late picking us up and did not inform us beforehand, which caused some stress. He was also very quiet during the drive, so the journey felt a bit awkward. Overall, it was an average experience.
We used BaliVentur for multiple days and had consistent service. The driver was punctual each day and very polite. He adapted routes based on traffic. The custom tour experience was reliable and comfortable.
We had a great experience especially with our driver Wayan Putra who allowed us to visit a tea and coffee plantation and with whom we then spent two more wonderful days through his knowledge of Bali and his great availability and kindness. Highly recommended:)
Exceptional service received from Mr. Owen. He is so good and worth to travel with. You can talk to him and ask him anything about the bali places, bali culture and you can ask him about recommendations to visit in bali. He is humble and and his hospitality is really appreciable.
