Our Bali transport experience with Baliventur was disappointing. The driver was silent most of the time and did not provide any guidance. He also rushed us through destinations and arrived late without warning.
Baliventur’s transport service was not very satisfying. The driver arrived late without notice and did not apologize. He was extremely quiet and offered no information about the places we visited. We also felt rushed at several stops, as if the driver wanted to finish the tour as quickly as possible.
Baliventur’s service was neither great nor terrible. The driver was silent, rushed, and late. Communication could definitely be improved.
