We booked Baliventur for a private tour and felt neutral. The driver was quiet and late.
Our custom tour in Bali went as planned. The driver arrived early and drove safely. He shared helpful local information. BaliVentur provided clear and fast responses.
Transfer from Hotel A (Ubu) to Hotel B (Kuta), the normal time is one and a half to two hours, so please drive us to the Sea Temple. Thank you for the explanation of the driver’s accompaniment while at the Temple of the Sea (I predicted he was just driving), but after arriving at point B was two hours late, the traffic on Bali is a big variable.
I reserved taxi tour for 10 hours. Our driver KAK LOLA was really kind, nice and his driving was great. With him, we visited northern eastern part of bali. We highly recommend KAK LOLA for your next trip!

Baliventur’s service fell short of expectations. The driver arrived late and did not inform us beforehand. He spoke very little English and seemed rushed, which made the tour feel uncomfortable and poorly handled.
The driver named Yasa was very friendly, patient and always helpful.
His driving is disciplined and pleasant.
We have visited different places. He recommended us a local restaurant. It was superb. Unfortunately, he declined our invitation to lunch.
Our custom tour with Baliventur was extremely disappointing. The driver arrived late without informing us and looked eager to finish the tour as quickly as possible. He did not talk much and could not communicate properly in English. We felt pressured and uncomfortable during the whole trip.
Using Baliventur for our Bali transport was fine, but not particularly memorable. The driver appeared rushed throughout the day and often waited in the car without saying much. His English was minimal, so we couldn’t get much local insight. The car was clean and the driving was safe.
