We used Baliventur for Bali transport and found it to be an average experience. The driver did his job but did not engage much and seemed in a hurry.
We had a pleasant experience with BaliVentur. The driver respected our time and preferences. He drove smoothly and kept the trip comfortable. The custom tour was flexible.
The experience with Baliventur was very disappointing. The driver arrived late without any notification, which immediately disrupted our plans. During the trip, he seemed rushed and kept pushing us to move quickly at every stop. Communication was difficult because his English was very limited, and he barely spoke at all. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
We had some ideas of places to go but our tour guide Dewa was a massive help, and very knowledgeable, about sightseeing in the local area and suggested lots of places, some of which we’d never have went to otherwise (temples/ waterfalls/ factories/ local village / places to eat). Despite all the rain (!!) we had a lovely day out, thank you Dewa.
Wira was our driver he took us to UBUD with a couple stops along the way then the monkey forest then a fantastic rice terrace back to UBUD markets and onto Merlin’s restaurant which was absolutely fantastic then at 7.30 returning to Bali Tropic Resort a wonderful character we had a few laughs during the 10 hour trip

JIK SATRIA was the most amazing host / guide, we had an excellent day and saw so many things. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and so accommodating. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
