Baliventur did not provide good service. The driver was late and quiet.
We used Baliventur for a private tour and found the service average. The driver was quiet and appeared rushed. Communication was minimal throughout the day.
Our experience using Baliventur for Bali transport was very poor. The driver arrived late without informing us beforehand. He spoke very little English and did not try to communicate. He also seemed impatient and rushed us through each destination. This service did not meet our expectations at all.
Our experience with BaliVentur was positive. The driver arrived early and maintained a calm attitude. He respected our schedule. The custom tour was stress free.
When Wijana met us right on time in a beautiful, new BYD EV we knew we were in for a great day. All of the experiences were like living out of a story book. The sacred monkey temple was a fusion of nature reserve, art installation, and spiritual sanctuary.
Learning about our driver, Wijana’s life, culture, and experiences was definitely a highlight of a day of a lifetime!
