I just want to let you know thay we highly commend Made Rai’s dedication as our driver/tour guide, he asked for our plan and would recommend ways on how we can maximize our trip, not only that we enjoyed our trip, Made cared for my pregnant sister all the time, he brought us to best of ubud and we loved it, he is very patient and kind. We requested him the second time we booked because we really love his recommendation, we avoided crowded places and traffic which helped us enjoy our days in Bali, now that we are home we felt like we left a family member and we’ll surely comeback, as tourist we normally thought that we know our plan, we learned to trust Made because he asked us all the time if we feel good, tired and hungry! Our custom tour with Baliventur was extremely disappointing. The driver arrived late and did not inform us. Communication was almost impossible due to limited English, and he did not make any effort to interact. He rushed us throughout the itinerary, making the whole day unpleasant.
MADE BENO!! i mean wow, my siblings and I are in bali solo so i was a bit nervous about a driver but Made delivered an amazing experience. We had already pre-set our day and he made it even better by telling us about other attractions we could visit in the nearby area. If it weren’t for him we wouldn’t have gone to the coffee plantation or the authentic wood making shop. Also, he gave us an amazing dinner recommendation which caused us to go over time and he happily waited for us to finish and take us back. I seriously cannot rave enough about Made, he is absolutely amazing and extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable😊
The custom tour with BaliVentur was well organized from start to finish. The driver communicated clearly and followed our plan. He also suggested good photo spots. The transport felt safe, clean, and comfortable for a full day of sightseeing.
Baliventur did not meet our expectations at all. The driver arrived late without any message and seemed to be in a hurry all day. His English was very limited, making communication frustrating. He barely spoke and did not help make the trip enjoyable.
We hired Baliventur for a day tour in Bali and felt the service was average. The driver seemed eager to move quickly between locations and did not allow much free time. Communication was difficult due to limited English, and the overall interaction felt minimal.
The driver which brought us around was awesome. Mr Edi Lanus is a damn good guide, very well versed and knowledgeable of the places we visited and also gave us tips to where to visit. Will definitely recommend him to friends
