Our custom tour in Bali was enjoyable and well managed. Driver Made was polite and helpful. He ensured the car was clean and the ride smooth. BaliVentur communication was clear.
Our Bali transport experience with Baliventur was below average. The driver was late and did not contact us beforehand. He spoke very little English and did not engage with us at all. We also felt pressured to move quickly from place to place.
Baliventur’s service was fine, but not memorable. The driver was quiet, rushed, and had limited English. The car was comfortable though.
Great travel with Mr. Eka who has been an outstanding driver, consistently demonstrating professionalism and reliability. His punctuality is exceptional, always ensuring that passengers are picked up and dropped off on time, which greatly contributes to the smooth operation of our daily schedules.

It was an extremely rainy day so our options were limited. However Lila our driver presented some great suggestions for day that minimised our exposure to the elements! A thoroughly enjoyable day visiting crafts and galleries, and authentic Balinese restaurant. I would definitley engage his services again.
Our experience with Baliventur was frustrating and disappointing. The driver showed up late and did not inform us. During the tour, he rushed us constantly and stayed silent most of the time. We felt like he just wanted to finish the job as fast as possible.

We did a private tour with Kody during our trip to ubud. He was absolutely amazing and recommended amazing places to visit as we weren’t sure where to go in Ubud.
