We had a positive experience with BaliVentur. The driver Nyoman was calm and professional. He drove safely and helped us manage time. The custom tour suited our needs.
Gino Cenk was our driver and he made our trip fun and worthwhile. Booking a private and custom tour is the best decision because Gino knows the best restaurants and tour options. We enjoyed each tour because we have enough time. The car is also clean and we appreciate that Gino allows us to play music. He also gave us water to drink. I was shocked that he volunteered to take our photos and he is also good at taking videos. We will definitely go back to Ubud and search for him. He is so kind and he treats us like a friend.
I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see many places in one day over a 6-10 hour period, with a break for lunch. The car is very comfortable and air conditioned and it’s lovely to get out of the heat and have a rest between sight seeing.

Baliventur did not provide a good tour experience. The driver rushed and did not talk.

Yanik was an excellent tour guide. He was very patient and offered great recommendations. We had a really nice trip to Ubud. We were able to visit the Bali Swing, Ubud Art Market, rice terrace, and go ATVing. We highly recommend Yanik to future travelers!!!
