Our custom tour with Baliventur was decent but nothing special. The driver appeared rushed throughout the day and did not really engage with us. Communication was limited due to his English level. The tour followed the itinerary, but the experience felt a bit flat.

Using BaliVentur made sightseeing easy. The driver Wayan was patient and respectful. He waited without complaint and drove smoothly. The custom tour arrangement worked well.
Noyman took us around the Ubud area. To waterfall, the holy water temple, monkies, a coffee plantation and many other things including recommending a place for lunch that was fantastic and overlooked a huge rice paddy field. He was a great guide, really informative and helped us navigate our way through the sites. Not just dropping at each place and disappearing. We had a really great day and recommend Noyman.
Booking Baliventur for our Bali transport was a mistake. The driver arrived late without informing us. He was silent throughout the journey and had very limited English skills. He also rushed us constantly, making the experience very uncomfortable.
Jik Satria was our driver, he arrived early and was lovely. As 3 women we felt very safe. His car was spotless with much needed air con. His knowledge of the areas we drove through was fantastic and we learnt some interesting stuff on the drive. We told him what we would like to do and he planned the route. We went to a Bali swing for the first stop which was amazing. The staff were professional photographers but used your own phone so you didn’t get charged per photo. Next stop was the monkey forest this was less than £4 each and we had a guide, again you could take your own photos but we did buy some from the photographer. Then on to lunch in a restaurant overlooking the rice fields. The food was delicious and the staff lovely 2 course meal with a soft drink and a cocktail for less than £20 each. At each location Jik would wait for us with no pressure and be ready to leave when we wanted to move on. We went to an art gallery, wood carving shop and a silver shop with some beautiful jewellery. We had a fabulous day thank you for the memories ❤️
Our Bali transport experience was comfortable from start to finish. Driver Komang was knowledgeable and careful. He adjusted plans when traffic was busy. The service felt reliable.
We arranged for transport for our family around Bali and Pak Tut was our driver. He was very helpful and professional. Never late and always patient despite our large group size with young kids. Also drove very safely. He really made the experience so much better.
