We booked Baliventur for a custom Bali transport service and were very disappointed. The driver arrived late without any notification, which immediately ruined our schedule. He seemed rushed throughout the day and kept pushing us to leave locations quickly. Communication was very difficult because his English was extremely limited, and he stayed silent most of the time. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and stressful.

We were on a honeymoon and booked 3 days. After the first day, we enjoyed Prandhi so much that we requested to have him all three days. He was so punctual, even earlier than us, and efficient since we wanted to see as much as possible. He was very knowledgeable on navigating around and getting us great pictures with our itinerary. It was a lovely experience and we could not ask for better service. The car was clean and water was given at all times.
I highly recommend if you go on vacation and want to get the most of your time, to book a customizable tour and use local talent to enjoy what Bali has to offer, not just the beach!
Baliventur provided a weak transport service during our trip. The driver did not arrive on time and did not notify us. He barely spoke and rushed us through the tour.
We used Baliventur for a custom tour and found it average. The driver was late, quiet, and had limited English skills. The tour went as planned, but the service lacked engagement.
When you organise transport when you book trips it can be a bit worrying with the logistics. Not so here, lots of messages confirming when and where pick up would be. Waited for us all day and took us between activities and then got us home safely. Great company to use !!!
Kadek, our tour guide, was extremely accommodating and kind. He took us everywhere listed on our itinerary. (we did the Ubud+Gates of Heaven+Swing option) Despite this time of year being Bali’s peak tourist season, Kadek gave us the option to visit other places as well that were less crowded and off the beaten path. We had a wonderful time. Advice: the earlier you schedule the better (we chose a 5am timeslot) and also just be prepared to wait for photos at the Gates of Heaven (we got their and didn’t queue because the queue was already 2 hours long) and just took pictures on the side of the gate instead, but they were still very beautiful. All in all, Kadek made our trip very special!
