Marco was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was on time didn’t rush me. I was on my Solo trip and he accompanied me through majority of the trip. He made sure I was completely comfortable would check in. He was definitely the best driver I had all week. Marco topped it off by playing amazing songs for me and also having a laugh. Our driver Bagus is friendly and punctual, he always arrive 30 minutes earlier from scheduled time. He also had good driving skills. We feel safe with him.
With these tours we think that it’s all about the guide you get and even though we had an OK experience, we didn’t feel like we got the benefit of a guided tour- Our guide was a nice guy but didn’t really put much/any effort into being a guide, he would answer questions when we asked but we really had to push him for info, which was a real shame, it actually felt like he was a driver just trying to get to the end of the day- which is fair enough if you’ve had to do these tours day in day out for the last 15 years.
Had a great trip with Kiut, very knowledgeable, not just about the areas that were planned to visit but also pointing out various things of interest along the way and helping with other suggestions, hints and tips for while we were in Ubud. The mix of this trip is good and you get so see many of rhe main attractions during the day…lunch at the end was also delicious and in a lovely setting. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
