We used BaliVentur for a private custom tour and the service exceeded expectations. The driver was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the places we visited. The vehicle was spacious and clean, making the full day trip enjoyable.
Our experience with Baliventur was poor. The driver was late, extremely quiet, and had limited English skills. The tour felt rushed and uncomfortable.

Komang provided an excellent tour service, collecting us at our requested time and location at 9:30 am and taking us to Ubud, Tirta Empul Temple, Ubud Swing and Potato Head Beach Club. He was very accommodating throughout, kindly answering any questions that we had. We had an enjoyable time and recommend using Komang should you require a private tour in Bali, as the journey between Seminyak and Ubud took around ten hours.
Fantastic option if you are only in for a couple of days!! Putu, my driver and guide, was amazing. He assisted with planning my trip and took me to some fantastic places to eat. Highly recommended. I did not have much of a plan going it it he day, but we hit the ground running and filled the day with fantastic experiences.
