We booked a Bali transport and custom tour service for several days during our trip, and overall the experience was very good, though not completely perfect. The booking process was easy and communication before arrival was clear and responsive, which gave us confidence. Our driver was friendly, polite, and generally punctual. He had good knowledge of the main tourist attractions and also suggested a few local places that were less crowded, which we appreciated.
The car was clean and comfortable with air conditioning that worked well, even during long drives. Driving style was mostly safe, although traffic in Bali can be unpredictable and sometimes the journey took longer than expected. Our driver explained Balinese culture, temples, and daily life, which made the tour more meaningful and not just sightseeing. He was patient when we spent more time at certain places and never rushed us.
That said, there were a few small things that could be improved. On one day, the driver arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic, and while it was understandable, a short message beforehand would have been better. Also, English was good but not always fluent, so sometimes explanations were brief.
Overall, this Bali transport and custom tour service offered good value for money and a comfortable way to explore the island. It may not be luxury-level, but it is reliable, friendly, and suitable for travelers who want flexibility and local insight. I would give it 4 stars and would consider using the service again in the future.
