Was a lovely day rafting. Donkeen (not sure about the spelling) was a great guide and rafter. The place was fine, the food was actually good (not expected). The rafting was great for non experts. My 10 years old loved it. Would recommend it. They care to make sure you have a good time.
My husband and I are here on our honeymoon. Our tour guide was hilarious and the tour was excellent stopping mid way for a rest and showing the many different aspects of the river (waterfalls, stone carvings, and much more). They are attentive before and during the trip and available on WhatsApp and answer quickly. The facilities are clean and attractive and the food was surprising great!

It was our family’s first white water rafting experience so I did a lot of research before booking. Well, it was 100% the right company to choose! From the booking over what’s app which was super responsive, to the set up at the start and most importantly the rafting itself. Our guide Made made sure that safety was his primary concern, he took a lot more care that most of the other guides so our 2 children of 8 & 7 always felt confident. As such we had such a blast! It’s a lovely long trip, through magical scenery with a waterfall stop on the way. Basic showers to rinse off at the end, and a decent Indonesian lunch. Thank you Made and the rest of the team for one of the highlights of our trip!

This was a great activity to do in Bali! It was well organised and the entire experience was just really easy. For the price (we did the rafting and ATV package for AUD $190) it was fantastic and we couldn’t fault it. We really enjoyed the lunch and they had a good vegetarian selection. We were hoping for it to be a bit more extreme, but was still fun and safe for kids.

Well organized from start to finish: pick up from hotel, put stuff in locker at main kiosk, drive to route start, walk down a lot of steps to river, 10min break in middle of route, lunch after finishing, and get driven back to hotel.
The river was relatively mild, a few areas of rapids that were a lot of fun and not scary. We had a 5yr old on our raft who had a lot of fun too.

My family of six people went in the afternoon, parents age 60 and kids in their 20s and 30s, and we had a really good time! We booked via email in the morning and they were very responsive, accommodating, and flexible. Our driver picked us up where we needed him to, and he had space for all 6 of us in his van! When we arrived on-site, we paid, got a locker, and got going quickly. The view going down the 400 steps was BEAUTIFUL! The rafting was super fun, we fit the whole family on the raft, and did get soaking wet. Our guide was a fun and funny guy 🙂 when we got back we could shower and change clothes, we were given a towel and plastic bag for wet clothes. You will want to bring extra clothes because they offer you yummy food at the restaurant before you leave. Driver brought us back to our hotel. Highly recommended!
