Water temperatures range from lukewarm to slightly hotter, although there is no hot-water pool, and most are generally warmer in the morning. Although some hot springs have the word “natural” in their names, don’t expect a natural environment, because everything here consists of tile pools.

- 01 – 02.00 am. Hotel pickup directly to the starting point (depending on your hotel location)

An amazing experience and our guide Ayu was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel very safe and kept us going. As well as providing us with a yummy breakfast. Stunning views! The hike up was moderate but time goes by fast. Ayu was our guide and mk angga was our driver. They were both very punctual, helpful and friendly. I’d recommend bringing a warm jacket for when you reach the top. Overall amazing experience!!
I highly recommend. It was more incredible than I thought. My guide, Mister, was awesome. Patient, personable, attentive and a wizard with taking pics using my iPhone! I got super lucky with the weather and some great memories. The hike was tough and a good workout, but it was so very worth it.
It was wonderful experience… after days of rain, this day had cloudless skies and beautiful weather delivering a spectacular sunrise. I must do for the adventurous type. Drivers Pak Adi and hiking guide Pak Nopi were very helpful.
We had a great time! We were picked up right on schedule and had a quick and fun drive to the Mt. Batur base camp. Our driver Agus gave us a lot of information and made sure we had a comfortable ride! Once at the base camp, we met up with our guide Gede who supplied us with headlights and have us some explanation about the hike to the top of Mt. Batur. Along the way he would make sure we were okay and close to the top he provided us with a simple but tasty breakfast. Soon after that we walked the rest of the distance to the top and enjoyed the magnificent views and of course the amazing sunrise. Gede was also kind enough to make some great photos of us. You could tell this wasn’t the first time he did this! A short while after the sunrise we quickly went down after which Agus drove us safely back to our hotel. All in all a great experience!
We had an amazing time. Our driver Kadek picked us on time from our hotel in early morning and took us quickly to the starting point. We climbed all the way to the peak and had great time watching the views. We were provided coffee at the base and then light breakfast once we reached the summit. Afterwards, hot spring was additional brilliant experience to relax. Highly recommended experience in Bali!
Communication was great, Jero kadek Arcana was our driver. He messaged the night before which was really good and assuring. Picked us up at the exact time. Explained what the day involved. We also went to the hot springs. He assisted with our towels and locker keys.
He was really good about giving us information about the spring. He said it was his local village. We were all too tired to go to the Tea/Coffee Plantation on the way back. But he said it was also interesting. Highly recommended him.

Very inspirational trip with great lunch with the monkeys.
We did the tour on the 7th of September with iwan. He was a great guide and very informative and caring of making sure we climbed safely on route. He was so friendly and chatty and kindly took photos for us along the way.
The trip as a whole was amazing, breakfast was good and we got to see the monkeys which was exciting!
iwan also took us to see the steam from the volcano before the crowds got to busy!
Our driver, dewa was also great! Really friendly and prompt when picking us up!
